- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As a veteran I was so disappointed in the lack of approachable customer service.The man (non Caucasian) acted as if I had committed a crime by asking a question.Yes,I googled the price of express mail before I came so he could lose the extra commentary.If you think I'm an expert on postage I'm not.Thats what I need your services for.And, news flash the average person does other things for a living besides keep up with flat rate and priority mail.I am highly dissapointed with my second visit.According to the other reviews,someone needs to get involved .You shouldn't feel violated when leavingyour local post office l.geeesh!Will ruin your whole evening.By Gwen Speight, September 04, 2017
